Understand your calorie intake.
Simply put, most times your body isn’t achieving what you want is a simple miscalculation of calories. Whether through not understanding or perhaps knowing but unsure how to make the change without feeling like you are going hungry.
That’s where a knowledgeable coach can come in handy. It’s not rocket science but the numbers do matter.
Second thing you can do is complete 3 sessions of exercise.
Sprinkle a little bit of high intensity into those sessions and boom!
Combined with calorie intake you’ll start noticing changes within as little as 1 week.
Lastly, drink your water.
Your body needs it and struggles to perform basic tasks when you haven’t had enough. 1.5-2 litres depending what size person you are is a great starting point.
