Gymnastics teaches control of your bodyweight with an emphasis on core strength.
BODILIFT doubles down on the fundamentals of olympic weightlifting and provides a close and detailed eye on technique across the more challenging movements.

Develop unique awareness of specific movements and their progressed/regressed versions
Increase strength, power and capacity in bodyweight movements and olympic barbell movements
Improve flexibility, motor control and stability across these demands.
